Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account:
- All your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
- Your booking history and preferences will be deleted
- You will lose access to all SastaStay services
- Any pending bookings will be cancelled
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

I understand that account deletion is permanent and I will lose all my data, booking history, and access to SastaStay services.
Delete all personal data
I want to permanently delete all my personal information including profile details, booking history, preferences, and any associated data from SastaStay systems.
Cancel active bookings
I understand that all my active and upcoming bookings will be automatically cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
Process pending refunds
I acknowledge that any eligible refunds will be processed to my original payment method within 7-10 business days.
